Dojo V Reality, implications to real life self defence

Defending oneself in the real world is totally different to practicing in the Dojo. This class explores these differences with the object of cultivating awareness and other necessary skills. 

A lot of thought has been put into this and has resulted in a paper of some 9 pages which will afterwards be available for download.
